Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu Altitude: 1,400m

Arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport and transfer to hotel. Trek briefing and permit preparation.

Day 2: Fly Kathmandu to Pokhara Altitude: 822m | Flight Duration: 25 minutes | Meals: BLD

Scenic flight with Himalayan views. Free afternoon to relax or explore Pokhara.

Day 3: Fly Pokhara to Jomsom (2,720m) & Trek to Kagbeni Altitude: 2,810m | Distance: 10 km | Trek Duration: 3–4 hours | Meals: BLD

Fly into the Kali Gandaki valley and begin trekking to Kagbeni, the gateway to Upper Mustang.

Day 4: Kagbeni to Chele Altitude: 3,050m | Distance: 15 km | Trek Duration: 5–6 hours | Meals: BLD

Enter the restricted Upper Mustang region. Trek through arid terrain, river crossings, and ancient villages.

Day 5: Chele to Syangboche Altitude: 3,800m | Distance: 12 km | Trek Duration: 5–6 hours | Meals: BLD

Climb above deep gorges and cross Taklam La and Dajori La passes with dramatic canyon views.

Day 6: Syangboche to Ghami Altitude: 3,520m | Distance: 11 km | Trek Duration: 4–5 hours | Meals: BLD

Descend to Ghami village, passing long mani walls and chortens.

Day 7: Ghami to Tsarang Altitude: 3,560m | Distance: 14 km | Trek Duration: 5–6 hours | Meals: BLD

Cross Ghami La (3,765m) and trek through wide valleys to Tsarang, known for its monastery and fortress.

Day 8: Tsarang to Lo Manthang Altitude: 3,840m | Distance: 11 km | Trek Duration: 4–5 hours | Meals: BLD

Walk across high-altitude plains to the ancient walled capital of Mustang.

Day 9: Explore Lo Manthang Altitude: 3,840m | Optional Side Walks: 3–4 hours | Meals: BLD

Acclimatization day. Visit royal palace, Jampa Lhakhang, Thubchen Monastery, and nearby sky caves.

Day 10: Lo Manthang to Ghami Altitude: 3,520m | Distance: 16 km | Trek Duration: 6–7 hours | Meals: BLD

Return trek with changing perspectives of Mustang’s dramatic landscape.

Day 11: Ghami to Chhusang Altitude: 2,980m | Distance: 14 km | Trek Duration: 5–6 hours | Meals: BLD

Descend through colorful cliffs, apple orchards, and river valleys.

Day 12: Chhusang to Jomsom Altitude: 2,720m | Distance: 18 km | Trek Duration: 6–7 hours | Meals: BLD

Final trekking day following the Kali Gandaki River back to Jomsom.

Day 13: Fly Jomsom to Pokhara Meals: B

Early morning flight. Free time in Pokhara.

Day 14: Return to Kathmandu Meals: B

Fly or drive back to Kathmandu.
