Bhutan is a small sovereign state in South Asia, nestled in the Himalayas between its powerful neighbors India and China. The Bhutanese cuisine is also equally interesting as the cuisines there tend to be popular for being spicy. They mainly use Rice and Chillies as their main ingredients for most meals with side dishes consisting of vegetables or pork, chicken, beef. Ema Datshi is the national dish of Bhutan.
