Trek Highlights
Day 01: Arrive in Kathmandu Altitude: 1,400 m
Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, meet our representative and transfer to your hotel. In the evening, attend a detailed trek briefing, equipment check, and trip orientation.
Day 02: Fly to Lukla (2,840 m) – Trek to Phakding Altitude: 2,610 m | Walking: 3–4 hrs / Distance: ~8 km | Meals: B, L, D
Enjoy a scenic mountain flight to Lukla. Begin trekking along the Dudh Koshi River, passing small Sherpa villages, prayer wheels, and suspension bridges before reaching Phakding.
Day 03: Trek to Namche Bazaar Altitude: 3,440 m | Walking: 6–7 hrs / Distance: ~11 km | Meals: B, L, D
Cross several suspension bridges and enter Sagarmatha National Park at Monjo. A steep ascent leads to Namche Bazaar, the main trading hub of the Khumbu region.
Day 04: Trek to Khumjung Altitude: 3,780 m | Walking: 4–5 hrs / Distance: ~6 km | Meals: B, L, D
Climb above Namche with panoramic views of Everest, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, and Thamserku. Trek through traditional Sherpa villages to reach the peaceful settlement of Khumjung.
Day 05: Trek to Tengboche Altitude: 3,860 m | Walking: 5–6 hrs / Distance: ~9 km | Meals: B, L, D
Descend through rhododendron forests to Phunki Tenga, then ascend to Tengboche. Visit the famous Tengboche Monastery and enjoy spectacular mountain views.
Day 06: Trek to Dingboche Altitude: 4,410 m | Walking: 5–6 hrs / Distance: ~11 km | Meals: B, L, D
The trail descends through Pangboche village and crosses the Imja Khola. Continue trekking through alpine terrain to Dingboche, surrounded by stone-walled fields.
Day 07: Acclimatization Day – Hike to Nangkartshang Hill Altitude: 5,083 m | Walking: 4–5 hrs | Meals: B, L, D
A rest and acclimatization day with a guided hike to Nangkartshang Hill. Enjoy panoramic views of Makalu, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, and the Imja Valley before returning to Dingboche.
Day 08: Trek to Thukla Altitude: 4,620 m | Walking: 3–4 hrs / Distance: ~6 km | Meals: B, L, D
A gradual ascent across glacial moraines and wide valleys. Short walking day to support acclimatization at higher altitude.
Day 09: Trek to Lobuche Altitude: 4,940 m | Walking: 5–6 hrs / Distance: ~8 km | Meals: B, L, D
Climb to Thukla Pass, passing memorials dedicated to fallen climbers. Continue along the Khumbu Glacier to reach Lobuche.
Day 10: Trek to Everest Base Camp – Return to Gorakshep Altitude: 5,357 m (EBC) | Walking: 7–8 hrs / Distance: ~15 km | Meals: B, L, D
Trek along the Khumbu Glacier to Gorakshep, then continue to Everest Base Camp. Celebrate your achievement before returning to Gorakshep for the night.
Day 11: Hike to Kalapatthar – Trek to Thukla Altitude: 5,550 m | Walking: 6–7 hrs / Distance: ~12 km | Meals: B, L, D
Early morning hike to Kalapatthar for breathtaking sunrise views of Mount Everest and surrounding peaks. Descend past Gorakshep and Lobuche to Thukla.
Day 12: Trek to Pangboche Altitude: 3,985 m | Walking: 6–7 hrs / Distance: ~13 km | Meals: B, L, D
Descend through Dingboche and alpine valleys. Reach Pangboche, one of the oldest Sherpa villages, and visit the local monastery.
Day 13: Trek to Monjo Altitude: 2,835 m | Walking: 6–7 hrs / Distance: ~15 km | Meals: B, L, D
Continue descending through Tengboche and Namche Bazaar, then follow forested trails and rivers to Monjo.
Day 14: Trek to Lukla Altitude: 2,840 m | Walking: 5–6 hrs / Distance: ~10 km | Meals: B, L, D
Final day of trekking along the Dudh Koshi River. Arrive in Lukla and celebrate the successful completion of the trek.
Day 15: Fly to Kathmandu Altitude: 1,400 m | Meals: Breakfast
Early morning flight back to Kathmandu. Free time for shopping, sightseeing, or relaxation.
Day 16: Departure Meals: Breakfast
Airport transfer for your onward journey, marking the end of your Everest Base Camp adventure.
