PACKING LIST:

Whether you’re trekking in spring or autumn, this EBC packing list will prepare you for the cold nights, sunny days, unpredictable weather, and high-altitude conditions you'll face between Lukla (2,860m) and Everest Base Camp (5,364m).

• Your main bag (if using a porter) should be under 15 kg, per airline/porter limits.

✅ Final Tips for Packing for Everest Base Camp

• Don’t overpack—you’ll regret every extra kilo at altitude.
• Dress in layers, as temperatures range from warm sun to sub-zero nights.
• Laundry is possible in a few places (e.g., Namche), but is limited.
• Most tea houses don’t provide towels, toilet paper, or toiletries, so bring your own.
