Experience the thrill of Himalayan mountaineering with our Dhampus Peak Climbing 17 Days adventure — a perfect choice for those seeking a moderately challenging climb combined with breathtaking landscapes and rich cultural encounters in the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri regions. Standing at 6,012 meters, Dhampus Peak (also known as Thapa Peak) is one of Nepal’s most accessible trekking peaks, offering an excellent introduction to high-altitude climbing.
The journey begins with a scenic flight to Pokhara and a drive to Marpha, followed by a trek through remote mountain villages, alpine forests, and the dramatic Kali Gandaki Valley. As you approach the Dhaulagiri Base Camp, the landscape transforms into a rugged wilderness surrounded by towering peaks. From the high camp, the climb to Dhampus Peak is a rewarding challenge — involving glacier walks, gradual slopes, and an awe-inspiring ridge leading to the summit.
At the top, climbers are rewarded with a panoramic vista of more than thirty Himalayan peaks, including Annapurna I, Dhaulagiri I, Tukuche, Nilgiri, and Tilicho Peak. The sense of accomplishment, combined with the untouched beauty of the region, makes this expedition truly memorable.
Led by our professional Sherpa climbing team, you’ll enjoy a well-organized and safe journey with proper acclimatization, quality equipment, and expert guidance throughout. Whether you’re a seasoned trekker or an aspiring climber, Dhampus Peak Climbing offers the perfect blend of adventure, solitude, and Himalayan grandeur.
