Your expedition begins with a scenic flight to Lukla, followed by a trek through the Everest trail to Namche Bazaar, Pangboche, and finally Ama Dablam Base Camp. After acclimatization rotations and technical training, you ascend through Camp I, Camp II (Yellow Tower), and Camp III, before making your final push to the summit.
The climb includes:

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu and transfer to hotel.
Day 02: Trip briefing, paper works and gear checking & sightseeing around Kathmandu valley (optional).
Meal: Breakfast at the hotel
Day 03: Fly from Kathmandu to Lukla (2840m) Overnight stay at Phakding (2610m).
Meal: BLD (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
Day 04: Phakdingto trek to Namche Bazaar
Altitude: 3440m | Trek: approx 6hrs walk | Meal: BLD
Day 05: Namche Bazaar rest day for acclimatization.

Day 06: Namche Bazaar to Tyangboche
Altitude: 3860 m | Trek: approx 5 hrs | Meal: BLD
Day 07: Trek to Ama Dablam base camp
Altitude: 4600 m | Trek: 6-7 hrs. | Meal: BLD
DAY 08 – DAY 19: Rotation Climbs/Summit push
Rotation 1: BC → Camp 1 (5,700m) → Back to BC
Rotation 2: BC → Camp 1 → Camp 2 (6,000m) → Back to BC

Day 2: Camp 1 → Camp 2

Satellite Phone (Thuraiya - Pay call service till BC per minute US $ 5 & Euro 4).
Medical Kit Box for Nepalese crew's and simple medical service for members till BC.

What's Not Included ?
Visa: Nepal entry visa fee
Airfare: International Airfares
Meals: Lunch & Dinner in KTM: Lunch & dinner in Kathmandu is excluded
Drinks: All cold drinks and any beverages are not included in the trip price. Drinking water is not included in the trip price
Insurance: You have to make your travel & rescue insurance by yourself before leaving for travel
Trekking Equipment: You have to arrange your personal trekking equipment such as trekking poles, water bottle,s etc… by yourself
Tipping: Tips for drivers, guides, and porters are not included in the cost
Others: Personal expenses e.g. phone calls, laundry, bar bills & extra porters, Hot Shower
Cost arising out of landslides, road blockade, and rescue of any form, cancellation of flight, or reasons beyond our control

Note: Summit bonus (500$ to each Sherpa) must be paid by clients once they leave for summit from camp2. Although if they fail to summit clients must pay summit bonus.

Difficulty Level – How Hard Is Ama Dablam?
Ama Dablam is one of Nepal’s most technical 6,000m climbs.
You will encounter:
Steep rock climbing (up to Class 4/5)
Vertical sections like the Yellow Tower
Exposed ridges
Ice climbing near the summit
Fixed rope ascents & rappels
High altitude (over 6,500m)
Required Skills:
Experience with jumars, belaying, rappelling, prusik, and fixed lines
Previous climbs above 5,500m–6,000m
Strong fitness & endurance
Ability to carry a 10–12kg load during rotations
Ama Dablam is not for beginners, but perfect for advanced trekkers transitioning to technical climbing or preparing for 7,000–8,000m peaks.
Route Breakdown – Southwest Ridge
This is the classic route and most commonly used path.
Base Camp (4,570m)
The main expedition hub with individual tents, dining tent, toilet tent, and communications.
Camp I (5,700m)
Reached after mixed terrain climbing. Stunning views.
Camp II (6,080m) – Yellow Tower
The most technical section with exposed rock climbing. Small and narrow camp site.
Camp III (6,400m)
Snow & ice slope camping before summit push.
Summit (6,812m)
Final section: steep snow and mixed terrain leading to an unforgettable summit ridge.

The two ideal seasons are:
Autumn (October–November): Stable weather, clear skies, best climbing conditions
Spring (April–May): Warmer temperatures and fewer climbers
