3 Peak Climbing expedition: Mera Peak, Island Peak and Lobuche Peak

Trip Overview

For adventurers who seek more than a single summit and wish to experience Nepal’s ultimate alpine challenge, the 3 Peak Climbing expedition—covering Mera Peak (6,476m), Island Peak (6,189m), and Lobuche East Peak (6,119m)—is the perfect combination of endurance, technical skills, and breathtaking Himalayan scenery. This journey is not just about climbing; it’s about testing your spirit in the high mountains while embracing Nepal’s rich culture and legendary landscapes.

This expedition is designed for ambitious trekkers and climbers with good physical fitness, determination, and some basic mountaineering skills. While Mera can be attempted by strong beginners, Island and Lobuche require prior experience with crampons, harnesses, and technical climbing techniques.

Highlights of the 3 Peak Climb

  • Climb three iconic Himalayan peaks in one epic adventure.

  • Cross the spectacular Amphu Laptsa Pass, one of Nepal’s most challenging high passes.

  • Experience Sherpa culture and Buddhist monasteries along the way.

  • Stand on summits above 6,000 meters and soak in jaw-dropping 360° panoramas.

  • Gain valuable alpine experience to prepare for higher expeditions like Ama Dablam or Everest.
